MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – November 27, 2017 5:00 PM

Chris Lynch, Matrix Design Group
Chris Lynch of Matrix Design Group informed the Selectboard that the Town of New Marlborough withdrew from the Frontier broadband project. Chris stated that Frontier’s contract required all three towns (New Marlborough, Sandisfield and Tolland) to participate. The Selectboard is unaware and will request Kevin Donovan, Broadband Committee Chairman to meet with them at their next scheduled meeting, Monday, Dec. 4th.
Ed presented the board with a fire alarm quote of $13,005.00 from Fire Detection System for the Department of Public Works. The Selectboard would like to meet with the Representative to review the quote.
Ed also presented the board with quotes from State Line to purchase generators for the Tolland Town Hall and Department of Public Works.
